Who we are
We are a small, local team based in Motspur Park, on the New Malden side of the KT3 postcode. Our job is to make booking a car easy. You tell us where you are going, when, how many people and how much luggage, and we arrange a licensed driver and vehicle at a fixed fare.
We are a Cab Facilitator, connecting the passengers with the licenced Minicab and Taxi service providers in the UK, with best interests of both parties. In practice, that means we take your booking, agree the price and details with you, and pass the journey to a licensed private hire operator and driver who carries it out. We stay in touch with both sides until the trip is done.
Where we work
Motspur Park is our home ground. It is a quiet, residential corner between Raynes Park, Worcester Park and New Malden, built around the railway station and the level crossing on West Barnes Lane. We also arrange longer journeys: every London airport, the main rail terminals and towns across the south-east.
How we work
- You book. Use the online form or call 020 3642 6159. Tell us the pick-up, destination, time, passengers and luggage.
- We quote a fixed fare. You see the price before you confirm. It only changes if the journey itself changes.
- We arrange the car. The journey is passed to a licensed private hire operator and driver, matched to your vehicle needs.
- You travel. For airport pick-ups, we track your flight. For school runs, we plan around local traffic.
- You pay. Card or cash, as agreed when you book.
What we promise
We keep our promises simple and only make the ones we can keep:
- Bookings taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Fixed fares, agreed before you travel.
- Flight tracking for airport pick-ups.
- Meet and greet at airports on request.
- Child seats on request.
- Card and cash payments.
- Saloon, estate, 6 seater MPV and 7/8 seater vehicles.
