Two stations in one
Victoria is really two transport hubs a short walk apart. The railway station serves Southern trains to Brighton and the Sussex coast, Southeastern trains into Kent and the Gatwick Express. A few minutes south on Buckingham Palace Road is Victoria Coach Station, where long-distance coaches leave for cities across the UK and for continental Europe.

The drive in
Victoria is one of the nearer central London terminals to Motspur Park. The usual route takes the A3 through Wandsworth, then crosses the Thames towards Pimlico. Victoria is inside the central Congestion Charge zone, which applies at certain times of day. Ask when you book whether it is included in your quote.
| Time of day | Typical journey |
|---|---|
| Early morning | 25–35 min |
| Weekday peaks | 50–70 min |
| Off-peak | 35–50 min |
Coaches with luggage
Coach passengers usually carry more luggage than train travellers, especially on overnight trips to Europe. Getting to the coach station by Underground with several bags is hard work. A car straight to Victoria Coach Station avoids all of that. If several of you are travelling together, our 6 seater taxi fits a group and their bags.
Coaches often leave on the dot and check-in may close before departure. Give yourself at least 30 minutes at the coach station.
Trains to the coast and Gatwick
Victoria is where many people catch a train for a day out in Brighton or a weekend in Eastbourne. If you are heading to Gatwick and would rather not take the train, our Gatwick airport taxi goes direct from Motspur Park and avoids the trip into central London entirely.
Groups and events
Victoria is close to Buckingham Palace, Westminster and the Victoria Palace Theatre. Groups going to a show or a sightseeing day often book the 7 seater MPV, so everyone arrives together without splitting across trains. Book the return trip too, and the car will be waiting when the evening ends.
Getting home from Victoria
Coming back by coach or train? Tell us the arrival time and the service. If the coach or train is delayed, call 020 3642 6159 and the pick-up will be moved.
Nearby terminals
Waterloo and Charing Cross are both close by if your train leaves from there instead. Paddington for the West Country is covered by our Paddington station taxi. We collect from Motspur Park, New Malden and nearby areas such as Mitcham and Carshalton.
